Know I like to treat my participants with something special, a small appreciation of your effort... something you don't go out and buy (most of us at least) very often.
Sometimes a rare Bourbon, or a Cognac, this year - it's a 22 year old Single Cask Armagnac, from Delord.

It's not about getting drunk, it's about tasting something, that someone spent a lot of time preparing, nurturing for many years, to make it stand out. Just like Ultra Riders, often, it takes time to perfect this trade of ours, this also took a long time to perfect.

So this is for you, when you finish. 1cl of heaven from France, at 49,5% proof you really dont need more than a sip.
